Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be playing the role of El Gallo in this show. Not my usual fare, I can tell you. But many thanks to the keen direction of Ms. Heidi Cline (one of my all time favorite directors), I was able to overcome my own perception of what that role was about.
Let me tell you, I got all kinds of compliments about the "look". Johnny Depp, eat your heart out! And, believe it or not, some regular patrons of the Tavern didn't recognize me until about half way through the first act.
Rounding out this incredible cast: Dena Hall, Becky Cormier, Brandon O'Dell, Tony Brown, Doug Kaye, Dolph Amick, and Jeffrey Watkins.
